i've seen a few falling stars. a handful in my 39 years that i can remember. what a mind-blowing thing if you really stop. to think. that just happened. thousands of miles-wide ball of gases and vapors and rock and ? and it just blew up and traveled across space in such a way that these minuscule eyes could see.
astronomy fascinates and blows my mind. and...there was a star in the heavens to tell wise people who were looking that the time was at hand. He was coming. He was here.
God breathed it and hung it in such a way that those looking could find and follow it.
sooo cool to think about.
